Freddy is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) serving clients in Saint Louis, Missouri with a lifelong commitment to results-driven, client-focused coaching.
He holds dual degrees (Bachelor's and Master's in Public Accounting) from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, bringing a structured, analytical approach to training, program design, and measurable results.
Freddy leads by example. He has competed in Powerlifting and Mixed Martial Arts, holding the state deadlift record at 711 lbs from 2015–2022, and earning a Mixed Martial Arts Amateur Title with Shamrock Promotions in 2018. He believes the trainer you hire should live the standards they teach — both inside and outside the gym.
His philosophy emphasizes comprehensive movement assessment and corrective exercise, helping clients rebuild movement quality, prevent injury, and achieve long-term results. His ETA certifications position him at the forefront of exercise therapy and corrective coaching in the Midwest.
